Ipoh–Padang Besar Electrified Double Track Railway Project

Emenea Role: Project Management Consultant (through KSET consortium — Konsortium Kinta Samudra – Emenea – TechArt)
Scope: 329 km of electrified double track (739 km single track including yard areas) across Perak, Penang, Kedah, and Perlis. Includes 23 stations, 200 bridges and pedestrian crossings, 3 train maintenance depots, 2 tunnels, and full electrification with 16,000+ OCS masts.
Recognition: CIDB Malaysian Construction Industry Excellence Award 2015 — Special Mention (Best Project Award, Infrastructure Major)

Southern Integrated Gateway (Johor Bahru CIQ Complex and Cable-Stayed Bridge)

Client: Ministry of Finance Malaysia / Gerbang Perdana Sdn Bhd
Contract Value: RM2.5 billion
Delivery Year: 2005
Emenea Role: Independent Checking Consultant
Scope: Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex, JB Central railway station, and cable-stayed bridge linking the complex to the international causeway to Singapore. Design audit and construction monitoring of works executed by Gerbang Perdana Sdn Bhd.

Subang Jaya–Skypark Electrified Double Track Railway Project

Scope: First-phase electrified double track from Subang Jaya to Skypark Terminal, comprising upgrading works to existing track alignment and new track alignment on viaducts.
