Our portfolio is organised across the following principal project categories. Each category represents a substantial body of delivered work supported by named client references, contract values, and delivery dates.

Mega Projects (Above RM 1 Billion)

Our most significant infrastructure programmes, including the RM12.485 billion Ipoh–Padang Besar Electrified Double Track Railway (PMC role via KSET consortium) and the RM2.5 billion Southern Integrated Gateway in Johor Bahru (Independent Checker role).

Railway Projects

Rail infrastructure delivery ranging from mega electrified double track programmes to Independent Checking Consultancy for urban commuter rail. Includes work on 329 km of rail alignment, over 200 rail bridges, 2 tunnels including the longest railway tunnel in Southeast Asia, and 23 stations.

Highway and Road Projects

Federal and state road works delivered as designer, supervisor, and Independent Checker. Includes packages of the Second East-West Highway (Simpang Pulai–Kuala Berang), the Kuantan–Pekan federal road upgrading, and the Ulu Pauh–Padang Besar road for Jabatan Kerja Raya.

Building Projects

The widest sector coverage in our practice — hospitals, education campuses, residential apartments, mosques, sports complexes, petrol pump stations, warehouses, public assembly buildings, tourism facilities, and specialist government buildings. Clients include the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, National Housing Department, Putrajaya Corporation, PKNS, and Lembaga Perumahan Perak.

Marine and Port Facilities

More than 25 years of continuous engagement with Northport (Malaysia) Bhd across warehouses, water infrastructure, container yards, checkpoint plazas, and marine structures. Additional marine assignments for Petronas and Penang Port Sdn Bhd.

Geotechnical and Slope Works

Foundation design, slope stabilisation, and remedial ground engineering including the TNB grid maintenance programme across 11 sites nationwide, Petronas KL–Karak Highway slope protection, and Petronas Bentong slope stabilisation.

Drainage and Flood Mitigation

Continuing series of drainage and flood mitigation assignments for Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), Negeri Sembilan Irrigation Department, and state authorities.

Structural Assessment and Rehabilitation

Specialist structural assessment, non-destructive testing, and rehabilitation design for aging or damaged structures including works for POS Malaysia, Northport, Penang Port, and Klang Container.

Petrol Stations and Retail Fuel Infrastructure

Long-standing consultancy relationship with Petronas Dagangan Berhad covering petrol pump stations, commercial centres, food courts, and NGV facilities across Klang Valley and beyond.

Utility and Grid Infrastructure

Rectification, foundation stabilisation, and remedial works for Tenaga Nasional Berhad's transmission grid, spanning substations and transmission tower foundations across multiple states.
