Acting on the client’s behalf, our PMC team oversees all phases of the project lifecycle — from initial planning and design coordination through to construction supervision and project completion. The scope of our PMC service typically includes project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, quality assurance, and coordination among stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and authorities.

Our PMC service ensures that projects are delivered in accordance with the approved timeline, budget, and required quality standards, while maintaining full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. We facilitate communication, monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks throughout the project.

The Ipoh–Padang Besar Electrified Double Track Project — for which Emenea PMC served as a founding consortium member of KSET — remains the most prominent demonstration of our PMC capability, delivering a RM12.485 billion mega infrastructure programme ahead of schedule and to award-winning standards.
